What?

We were selected as the creative agency to support the marketing strategy, event branding, and collateral and signage design (including digital signage) for a world class summit.

How?

The event title had been assigned as ‘Supercharged’ with an overall theme of high-performance motor sport. From that brief we developed the look and feel for the brand and the key graphic elements of the chair and red stripes, as well as defining the colour palette, all of which guided the creation and development of all elements of the event from printed materials and signage to the physical chairs and tables used on stage. Along with the design and management of all physical materials, we also advised on the marketing strategy and event design and execution.

This project had a very wide range of deliverables and involved many corporate stakeholders, celebrities and other sponsors with conflicting priorities and guidelines. Some of the more unusual items we created included sourcing and delivering high-quality branded flip-flops and other event goodies for sponsors, managing the creation of physical chairs to match the image used in event branding, creating a strategy to push delegates to use a ‘Luxury Lounge’ (we went with coffee and ice cream), and creating concepts to bring the brand to life in high-end networking events.

Special guest speakers in 2016 included names such as Jay Leno, Sir Richard Branson, Jamie Lee Curtis, Meghan Markle and many others.
