Retained to manage all marketing strategy, budget and task execution, as well as additional engagement to rebrand the company and update the overall creative platform and all materials including collateral, advertisements, classifieds, promotional materials et al.
We worked with the executives of the firm to redefine their corporate strategy and build a budget and marketing plan around these goals. In addition, 2015 is SteppingStones 10th birthday and the year is full of events, seminars and celebrations, all planned and managed by Massive Media.
For the rebranding project we retained existing brand elements (logo, colour scheme) to ensure brand continuity but refreshed the overall appearance and application of all. We introduced the ‘tag’ element across the platform to denote the true talents/features of the subject, as well as providing a call to action message for candidates to ‘tag yourself’. We conducted a photo shoot to produce compelling and original imagery to drive the positioning of the company as Cayman’s leading recruitment agency.
