The most advanced MRI imaging facility in the Cayman Islands approached Massive Media to create a brand-new brand identity, website, and marketing collateral.
Working closely with the client, we created a new brand identity, logo, and series of illustrative idents, depicting an imaging and patient experience unlike any other. The design process was informed by a survey carried out on behalf of the client, which identified a consistent set of concerns among those that took part. Respondents consistently cited anxieties around claustrophobia as well as prior negative experiences at other facilities. With this information we created branding that was both professional and accessible, evoking the cutting-edge nature of the technology, and the tranquility it provides to patients. The final branding was rolled out across all marketing collateral, as well as the new website, and social media platforms.
