Create a brand refresh and brand guidelines for the Cayman Islands Airports Authority.
Undertook an awareness and perceptions market research study to understand current market perceptions regarding CIAA. In addition, we undertook studies of various airport authorities throughout the world to evaluate their brands in order to understand the best direction for the brand refresh.
We presented the market research results to the board of the CIAA and proposed several design layouts for the brand refresh. After the initial presentation of our proposed design layouts we refined the chosen layout which was subsequently approved. With approval on the layout we developed the brand guidelines, which included guidelines and final execution files for print and digital, including advertisements, presentations, social media layouts, manuals and forms, uniforms, collateral, signage and more.
The final element of the brand refresh was to conduct a site visit to ensure all signage in the new Owen Roberts International Airport followed the new brand guidelines.
