Kirk Freeport - Patek Phillipe Travelling Collection Event

Event Design. Creative.

What?
An exclusive private event showcasing The Patek Philippe traveling collection of watches. This is a prestigus event held in various countries throughout the world cohosted by Official Patek Philippe retail establishments and Patek Philippe. There was a 6 week window to plan and execute the event which was held at the National Gallery of the Cayman Islands. The evening was for 50 guests and included welcome drinks, live entertainment – band and dancers, an oyster & caviar bar, welcome drinks, a five course meal, cigar bar and the presentation of the traveling collection of Patek Phillippe watches.

How?
We worked hand in hand with Kirk Freeport, Patek Philippe and all of the vendors involved to ensure the event was seamless and went on without a hiccup.

Site visits were conducted to determine the venue for the event and availability. We communicated and coordinated with the venue to understand the parameters of what we were able to do on site and any restrictions that needed to be considered. Event planners, rental providers and caters were all communicated with and we had several site visits with each to ensure that all elements were considered.

Custom invitations were hand delivered to guests, valet was present to greet guests and a ride service was provided for guests who did not want to drive home at the end of the evening.

We worked with the chef to create an exquisite five course meal which incorporated local ingredients along with a custom watch cake and a caviar & oyster bar that guests enjoyed with their welcome drinks.

Production of unique art and decorations branded with the Patek Philippe and Kirk Freeport branding included lighting, hand etched champagne flutes, cake, and a seating arrangement were all developed.

We applied and were granted approval by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Cayman Islands to have strobe lighting illuminating the night sky above the National Gallery. We also coordinated with Mosquito Control to ensure the area was sprayed multiple times in the days leading up to the event to ensure guests comfort throughout the evening. Security was coordinated for the safety of guests and the exclusive Patek Philippe travelling collection of watches.

Following the event guests were delivered a pair of champagne flutes which were hand etched with the Patek Philippe emblem.
