Unique art direction and collateral design for a luxury Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman residence project.

Seven South is a 20,000-square-foot property at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman – a residence without equal at the most luxurious resort in the Caribbean. The client wanted exceptional and unique branding to promote the development and sale of the property.

How?
The property is not listed online and so the branding was developed with print collateral in mind. The design built on the white, clean aesthetics that characterises The Ritz-Carlton residential projects, incorporating gold detailing and clean typeface. The final promotional piece was a 54 page hand-sewn luxury brochure with gold foil stamp and vellum divider pages.

The final brochure won the Best Design/Print category at the Digital Print Encore Awards 2011 in Dallas.
